Excellent corrective half pad for use with high withered and/or atrophied horses, as well as horses needing extra support under the saddle.  Ideal for use as a temporary measure when fitting saddles, to accommodate the changing shape of a horse or when using the same saddle on a number of horses. Cut in NuuMed's HiWither style to ensure no pressure over the wither, this pad has pockets front and back into which the user can insert one or all of the foam shimmy pads to adjust the saddle fit.  This pad can also be used without the shims.

5oz polycotton quilt on top and top quality British wool underside.  Memory foam inner and two pockets for removable shimmy pads on either side.  Supplied with two pairs of 5mm front shims and one pair of 5mm rear shims.  No top straps.

Small Shimmy Pad is suitable for 15"-15.5" saddles  
Medium pad is for 16"- 16.5" saddles - front to back measures 50cm 
Large pad is for 17" - 17.5" saddles - front to back measures 58cm
Extra Large for saddles 18" and plus.
